Temporary Changes due to Covid-19
Covid-19 has presented challenging times for people and economies around the world. We hope that you are keeping healthy and safe. We have had to revise our Refund and Shipping Policies temporarily in response to Covid-19.
- Refund Policy: All apparel and personal items including but not limited to clothing, hats, shoes, socks, costumes will be considered final sale until further notice. For all other items, the refund window has been reduced temporarily to 15 days from the time that you receive your order. We reserve the right to review refunds on a case-by-case basis.
- Shipping Policy: Supply chains and logistics have been impacted globally and as a result there may be some delays in fulfilling and shipping your orders. This will improve slowly but surely as the world heals from this pandemic.
